Software Application

Our inexpensive software application enables you to capture and make efficient use of bar-coded badge data. When you think about the way leads are gathered at most industry shows, it doesn't make much sense. When distributors say "scan me" as they go from booth to booth, suppliers go home with little more than a printed roll of paper: these are not even qualified leads, probably no more useful than a stack of business cards.

The goal of modern lead retrieval technology is to help you conduct business with someone who visits your booth. This requires a system that not only captures demographic data but also lets you enter notes and even actual sample orders that can be processed efficiently when the tradeshow day is ended.

SAGE ShowLink does both and so much more. By recording data that represents real sample orders your time with customers and prospects is not wasted. Our built-in email interface helps you communicate your sales ideas, price quotes, case histories and other business follow-up with efficiency and professionalism.

ShowLink 5.0

ShowLink 5.0's ability to scan all barcodes using the device's camera means that the Bluetooth scanner is now optional equipment or the iOS and Android devices. Previously, ShowLink required an external scanner in order to scan PDF-417 barcodes, which are used at some shows. The new version also supports custom questions and qualifiers, allowing suppliers to ensure that all of the most important information is captured for effective post-show lead management.

Handheld Scanner

The handheld scanner is optional equipment for the iOS and Android devices and required for the Windows version. We have three types of scanners available for suppliers, wired, wireless and Bluetooth enabled. The wired and wireless handheld scanners connect to the USB port of your laptop computer while the Bluetooth enabled scanners connect to any Bluetooth enabled device (i.e. iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Android device) automatically. Programming your handheld scanner before the start of any show is quick and easy! When you receive your company's badges, simply assign the data items on any badge to the proper fields in our database application, or just aim your scanner at the programming target SAGE provides, squeeze the trigger and it's complete. In just a few minutes, anyone can perform this easy set-up and be ready for business! Once you have the scanner, you can use it again and again at tradeshows across the country throughout the year.
